Delivery & Payment terms

Our delivery and payment terms are straightforward (but our flower arrangements are spectacular!). We accept credit card via our online store as well as payment over the phone.

	We hand deliver where possible and use couriers for regions outside our standard Sydney delivery area.
	If your order is urgent, please ensure that you order by 12pm. To avoid disappointment call us if you're unsure.
	Our online store uses 128 bit encryption so it's safe and easy to order online using your credit card

	Payment methods are credit card (visa, mastercard or amex) or direct bank deposit. Sorry, we do not provide C.O.D.
	Yes, we have a studio in Sydney but we do not generally provide a walk-in retail service.

Normal delivery hours for Enchanted Rose are between 9am and 5pm Mon-Friday. Enchanted Rose offers same day delivery for orders submitted before 10am AEST Monday to Friday.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time although we will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it. Call us if unsure!

Public Holiday Delivery

As Enchanted Rose is closed on public holidays, we will deliver your flowers on the next business day.
